Day-of-Coordination
Here at Build My Wedding we do not like the term "day of" as you have us more than just one day. We work with you for over 40 hours of meetings plus going over details with you leading up to your wedding. Then we are all yours on your big day for up to 10 hours, not to mention we are all yours from our initial contact through email and phone throughout the entire planning process. Another benefit to having Build My Wedding we coordinate your timeline, correspond with all your vendors and are there for your final walk through to make sure everyone is on the same page. We will conduct your rehearsal, make sure your ceremony is flawless, watch over your reception, set up, tear down, and much more! Most importantly we are here to make sure you do not have to worry about a thing and can enjoy your special day!
Full-Service Coordination
You love being engaged and are ready to have your wedding but just cannot find the time to plan it, here at Build My Wedding we will deal with every detail so you do not have to worry about a thing. We spend over 100 hours answering vendor emails, setting appointments, go on venue walks, tastings and reading contracts. We make sure that you love everything and that your vision is brought to life. We will be there for your rehearsal and the day of your wedding we are the first to arrive and last to leave.

From the beautiful Rocky Mountains to Cabo San Lucas or wherever your dream may be, Build My Wedding will travel the distance to make it happen! We are with you every step of the way. We will arrive early on-site, coordinate the vendors along with your family and friends . We will help plan welcome parties, activities for your guests, and make sure you enjoy your time spent away.
